As many of you have no doubt noticed on social media, there's kind of been a back and forth between some older men, older pastors,

and perhaps a younger generation.

Michael and myself, some guys really almost in our 40s,

not exactly all that young.

But there's been some interesting interchanges about exercise, the importance or lack of importance to some people of physical training.

So we're going to talk about that in today's episode.

Also going to be unpacking a couple themes from

scripture about generations. A lot of people said to me on social media you should

not be casting a generation in a bad light or generalizing about generations.

Of course, scripture does this all the time.

Jesus as to what shall I call this, compare this generation,

and then in lamentations, our fathers have sinned and we have born their

iniquities chapter 3. So you hear this language all the time in scripture.
