Today we're going to be talking about book, talk, books, specifically for 2025.

It's almost the end of 2025, which is crazy. Because I feel like I remember us doing an episode of, like, our most anticipated reads.

I know that sounds like yesterday. Yeah. That's crazy. And now we're almost out of that.

So how do we, we're going to, okay, so we did some research and found a curated list for like

the most popular books that were like rated, shelved on apps. And so we're kind of just going from that list.

We're going to discuss our, like if we read that book, we think it deserves the hype,

our ratings of it, and why we think it's really popular. Is there anything else we think we

want to add? I think that's great.

If we've, if we're going to read it, if we haven't read it. Yeah. Yeah. We're just diving deep.

Yeah, we're diving in deep with book talk. You know, because I feel like I see a lot of videos of

people saying either like books that are worth it on book talk or books that aren't worth it on book talk. So we're going to be the test. We're going to be the test of this list. See, we agree. Yeah. We just agree. All right. We're going to do 30 books in this episode. We're starting at number 30 and then we're going to end with number one. so make sure you stay to the end to find out what the number one most read, most shelved, most rated book on book talk was this year.

I'm surprised by this one.

Me too, honestly. But I guess I get it. I guess. I'll just say it. Caught up by

Nevesa Allen. It's a second book into darkness. The first one lights out. Yeah. I don't feel like

that surprises me because I see so many people talking about the first one lights out? Yeah. I don't feel like that surprises me because I see

so many people talking about the first one. I haven't really seen a lot of people talk about the second one, but for how popular, I feel like the first one is. And I guess dark romance is honestly pretty popular in the book talk space, not so much in our space. Yeah. But in book talk in general, I feel like it is. I will not be reading it.
