Hey, Tina. Hi, Renee. How are you? Oh, I'm great. I am super excited to dive into these recommendations. It has been a journey and it's kind of fun. It's going to be pretty fun to talk about.

Literally a journey. That was like my initial thought. I'm like, it has taken us a couple months to get to the point of actually recording this episode. I think we first suggested to each other that we

wanted to recommend books for the other person to read November, December.

So it's been like, oh, really?

It's been a while.

And as much as we talk to each other about books, it has been surprisingly harder than I thought, which we'll get into later.

But I'm excited to see how things ended up.

And it gave me a little insight into why other people tell me that I'm so hard to recommend books too. Because it's hard. It is hard to recommend books to people, especially people who read a lot. And even though I know some of your book tastes, we kind of challenged each other to try a couple new things. And so we'll be able to talk about whether those worked or not.
