the actions. They need to be focused on their mindset and changing their philosophy, changing

their mindset so that they can ultimately get different results. And of course, I love music.

So in this books and bars series, I'm literally just breaking down excerpts from some of my favorite books, bars from some of my favorite songs, and I'm explaining what they mean to me. All right? So today,

this book is powerful. It's called, uh, on, it's, it's by Seneca, a stoic philosopher,

ancient stoic philosopher. And anytime you read books like this, the, the coolest thing about

these books are hard to read. I'm not going to lie. Like, sometimes you have to read it and you

have to, like, digest it, really. Some of them are written a little more simply than others.

Seneca, I would say, is easier to understand than some, but certainly not the easiest of the Stoic
