This book changed the way that I think, and remains a powerful tool in my mental conditioning arsenal. In this episode, I break down a sequence that highlights the importance of mastery, and how to change your relationship with boredom.

listened to and continue to listen to over and over and over again on repeat I love the

audio book it's done by the author and it it literally transformed the way that I think

and it's a book that I recommend to anyone.

It's always, if anyone ever asked me, like, what's like the number one book I got to,

There is no just one book, obviously, but you got to start here.

And that's the 50th Law by Robert Green and 50 Cent.

One of my favorite books.

I'm a big 50 Cent fan, not because, you know, musically, I love, I like his music.

Certainly his first album was dope.

But really his mindset in how, you know, he has certain qualities that I really admire.

He has something that not so much, but he's a beast, right?

And he really reflects what I believe the I'm not you mentality is all about.

And that's really independence, self-reliance, a degree of ruthlessness that you need to have in order to live life at a high level and be amongst the best at what you do.

So what I want to read, I'm going to start by reading the beginning of

chapter 8 when he talks about respect the process. So listen to this. He says, the fools in life want

things fast and easy, money, success, attention. Bortem is their great enemy and fear. Whatever they
