It's the sports motivation podcast. It's books and bars where I'm breaking down bars, heavy bars

from my favorite rap songs, sometimes not my favorite, maybe just songs that I heard. And it was a

particular bar that really stood out. And of course, books. I've been heavy, I'm not going to lie,

I've been heavy on the bars recently. And I've been getting a lot of great feedback. People telling me they love it, so I'm definitely

going to keep it going. I've been, this summer has been real busy for me in a good way,

and that means I'm listening to a lot of music to keep me real locked in, real focused.

And so I got some amazing bars that I want to break down today from one of my

favorite artists. Young M.A. is one of my favorite artists. I can't wait for her next album to come out.

I mean, I like it for a lot of reasons, but the main one being just the bars and how practical they are.

I really like that sort of simple.

It's one of the reasons I like Nipsey a lot as well.

The flow is not overly complex, but it's super potent.

Like I like the simplicity with which she rhymes and of course the density of the words.

I mean, it feels like every word and every bar is chosen for a purpose.

So this isn't a quote-unquote freestyle,

but basically a series of rap she did over another beat.

This is the Jay-Z beat off the intro from the Dynasty,

and I love this one. So, B one so be crack go ahead and drop it

and I want to break this down.
