Well hello now playing readers. Believe it or not, this is your long lost host, Stuart, stumbling back from the desert after a seven-year

sabbatical, finally ready to complete my destiny as a reviewer of Frank Herbert's Duniverse. You heard me right. I'm talking

Dune books today and for the next three weeks here it now play. And yes I know this is a movie review podcast and yes I know

Dune just had a new movie chapter 2 just unspooled in the IMAX theaters I saw

it today really excited to talk about it. All the

hosts really want to be able to share their thoughts on this new exciting film, but

that's not what I'm here today to do.

Unfortunately, my co-host Arnie has experienced an unforeseen medical event,

and part of his prescribed recovery is that he stay home.

No movie theaters for a little while while he regains his strength and we want to support

that here.

We want to give him the time to heal.

So my hope is that I can sustain your

enthusiasm about doing movies as I do this make good on now playing book review.

Maybe folks don't even remember. I can't blame me if you don't. But we

used to have this website specifically devoted to all things in print called books and

notches.

And that was the place in cyberspace

where I would go and talk about novels tied to movies

that now playing was covering.

Recently, we've rethought that strategy.
