Hello ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to Book Club.

Now I have not, I should have sent over the book club theme song.

I forgot to do that when I went to the studio the other day,

but it doesn't matter because here we are together.

It is January 16th, 2024, and it is the second session of book club for this wonderful, this thrilling read by Larry Niven and

Jerry Pornell, Lucifer's Hammer.

So what I'm going to be doing now is, because he, as you know, this is the first book club that we were doing without an official co-host,

so it is you and I.

I'm going to give you some of my roundabout thoughts of what we have read so far

maybe a couple of highlights and then we're going right into the thread and perhaps we will see

what the clock management is like.

We can take some of your calls as well.

That would be most enjoyable to me.
