While most urban legends are just that, some are rooted in deeper, darker truths.

Redwood Bureau phenomenon 1024, or The Boogie Man, is referenced as far back as the 1800s.

Although the Bureau's historical research department has uncovered written accounts matching

RBP-1024 that date back much further. While these accounts can't exactly be verified,

they have come from cultures in different parts of the world that had no contact with each other

at those time periods. The evidence was strong enough for the Bureau to begin tracking this

entity. That ongoing investigation eventually led to a police report, which led to Tyler

Dempski, who the Bureau has been surveilling for the past year.
