Hey everyone it's your friend and resident gender detective Molly Woodstock I am

coming to you from my very own bedroom in the past. It is 7.47 PM and I need to leave my house at 5 a.m. tomorrow to get on a plane.

Haven't started packing yet at all.

Also haven't dealt with making this podcast,

but here I am recording it.

Anyway, yeah, I'm getting on a plane and I'm not getting back until it's time for the

podcast to be up essentially and so I did not have time to make you a

podcast is what I'm saying just enough time to ramble for like five

minutes but because I love you very much I didn't want you to go an entire week

without having that good good gender content. So what I did was ask Sarah

Marshall and Michael Hobbs over at the You're Wrong About Podcast to let me share

their episode about Stonewall.

You're wrong about is this really great podcast where these two folks

investigate cultural artifacts from our past

and stories from the past,

whether that's Monica Lewinsky or Tanya Harding

or Anita Hill, they don't just talk about women,

but a lot of them are about women who are misunderstood because it turns out that we treat women like shit

Anyway, and so this podcast goes back and explores things that we think we know about but are actually wrong about right and they did this

episode on stone wall and I went into it thinking okay no I actually do know what

happened at stone wall I'm gay I've heard about this for a long time I I'm not missing anything. Turns out I was missing so much. I learned so many really,

interesting things and they also dive into parts where there are discrepancies.
