Happy Belated Birthday, America! Yesterday, ABC gave us all the special surprise of semi-unexpectedly

airing a rerun of the Bachelor at last night instead of a new one, so here we are.

I would like to personally thank the network for giving us the gift of time to watch the fireworks.

They were pretty spectacular. And also for giving us the ability to record a bonus episode

where we actually get to talk about all the stuff we always want to talk about but never

have time to because our producer Nick won't let us ramble for two hours.

So today we're going to get into some juicy Bachelor-related gossip because there's a lot

about the guys on JoJo season and Fox's new dating reality show coupled.

And obviously every true Bachelor fans, other favorite show, Lifetime's Unreal.

Bonus, later we talk to Shiri Applebee who plays Rachel on the show. She's really wonderful.

But first, we want to just talk about Unreal. Yes, we do.

Take it away, Emma. Unreal has become one of my favorite shows in the last year.

I wasn't sure what to expect, you know, when we hear like this scripted show kind of

based on the Bachelor's airing on Lifetime, I was hopeful but wasn't sure how good it would be.

And then I just got completely, completely into it. I think it's just brilliantly done.

Yeah, I love Unreal. But I think it kind of demonstrates the sexist way that TV shows are evaluated
