And let's go through these pretty quickly and give some really fun, interesting take-home message answers. Okay, fan question number one. I have a deviated septum. What do I do? Septuoplasty. Well, it depends. You go to a doctor, plastic surgeon, or ear-nose thrott. I have a deviated sept. They go, great, lie down here, let me cut you open. I mean, it depends. What does that mean to have a deviate septum? If your deviant septum is causing significant airway obstruction, okay, but if everybody has a deviated septum, and it's like a spine, does anybody really have a straight spine? Okay, I think if you did a cat scan on a thousand people with no airway obstruction,

So a deviated septum in and of itself is not necessarily an anatomic geometric structure.
