Well, I'm glad we're doing this face-to-face here. You're going to be on CNBC's Fast Money with us later today, and it's interesting.

You know, you had a video out on Dwyer Strategy this morning. That's Dwyerstrategy.com,

people. And you were talking about landings from a pilot's perspective. Now, just so you know, listener, Tony flew here. He flew here from parts unknown

in upstate New York. You are a pilot. How long have you been a pilot for? I've been a pilot since

2013. Yeah, my son and I are both pilots. It's crazy, right? And I remember actually you and your son

flew down to the show. This was pre-pandemic. At the time, you were trying to spend more time in upstate New York. You live in a cabin in the woods

up there. And so what do you just, do you keep your plane like under a tarp and you just kind of

pull it off and you take off in the middle of night and head down to do some Wall Street stuff?

Thank God, Dan. There's a hangar that it gets put in. Now, we have a home up in the Adirondex and during COVID, you couldn't do anything. So we spent a lot of time up there.

We live in New Jersey. My wife and I, the kids have moved out, but we have a great time flying.

And there's so many analogies that you could make to the financial market. It's like any

adrenaline-based thing. You can either wing it and have it go sideways potentially or you have a

checklist. Like, what do you look at to make sure you have a successful flight or a successful dive?

Or if you're parachuting, a successful skydive?

There's a checklist, and that's what I do for the market, so it fit right in.
