Well, hello.

Guys, we've made it through three weeks, and we're on week four.

And if you're new here, we're going through a journal, a prayer journal that the team at Christian parenting put together called a Life of Faith.

And we just wanted to pray very specifically for our kids and their journey in life of faith because all of us are on a journey.

And I think that's just encouragement out of the gate that our kids don't have to be at a certain level at a certain time.

Like they are going to grow with the Lord over time.

Some people don't even come to know the Lord into their 40s, and some kids make that

decision at 6.

And so we wanted to split it up in different sections.

And the first section, these first few weeks, is under no.

So we want them to know, love, follow, and share Jesus. And there's so

much that comes under that. And so this first several weeks we've been doing, God the Father,

and Jesus, our Savior. These are kind of like the 101 parts. We want our kids to know God as their

Father, Jesus as their Savior, and the Holy Spirit as their help and their guide. And so this week, I'm flipping through, as you can

hear, week four is their identity in Christ. And it's funny timing for this. I was thinking about

my girls today and just how different things externally inform who they are. And that could be a

friend's statement. It could be the lack of just something they want in their

life that's not going their way, that makes them think they're unwanted or unnoticed. And so it's

normal for all of our kids to kind of like fumble and stress through their identity. Like, who am I?

And so a lot of external things can kind of inform that

for them. And it can be labels that we accidentally even put on them for good or for bad. And so
