0:25.0	Yes, hello there everybody and welcome to another, yes, another bonus edition of Join Up Dot. And I say this a lot and I say I wasn't expecting to
0:36.3	release this but I wasn't these bonus episodes kind of are reactive to the
0:41.6	reactions that I've got previously for other ones.
0:45.0	And if you have listened, and I know many, many hundreds of people have listened to,
0:49.4	because they've emailed me and they've contacted me this week to my bonus I'm so tired of it all
0:55.3	after 400 plus shows but that's okay episode then you will know that last week
1:01.1	was a little bit of a downer for the Ralph Meister, yes myself.
1:05.6	I was exhausted by everything that I'd achieved so far and I needed time to assess.
1:12.8	Now the beauty of doing a podcast is when you have these doubts, these insecurities,
1:18.8	these feelings of not being worthy, whatever, you can get these content out to the world.
