Yeah, I do think it's a big step up in his career. I have to say when he first joined IACs,

a lot of people here in Amsterdam were a bit worried as well because at the time he didn't have a lot of experience even in the charity VC big club experience at least

and you know a lot of Ike's fans are used to big names coming in as managers or at least people who are known at the club, you know. But in this case he was an outsider basically, not really from the Iox history or Ix Academy or anything.

So a lot of people were worried a little bit in the beginning, you know he quickly proved to be a really good

manager and a lot of people were convinced after in his second year at least and he did a really

good job obviously at IOC.

So it kind of feels like a similar situation right now.

My first thoughts when we found out he was joining Manchester United was, okay, that's a huge step up for him.

That's definitely a next phase in his career and it almost feels like, you know, it worries you a little bit. I mean, it's a huge, huge job obviously.

And some very experienced managers in recent years, Bachau, didn't really live up to expectations pretty quickly.
