Summary

While we take a break this week to celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to remind you how important it is to stay grateful. Even when it feels hard, gratitude is one of the most important things for driving out fear and anxiety. I hope this meditation is helpful to you while you navigate the holidays during these times, and I hope that you have a safe, happy holiday with your families. Learn more about your ad choices.
