It makes me feel like the work that so many Palestinian activists, whether they be from

you know Palestinian or whether they be working on the occupation,

progressive Jews, some of the fucking heroes,

for lack of a better term, who have gone to DC

who risked arrest and did get arrested

with if not now and Jewish voices for peace this week as we saw.

That like, it's never not a time to talk about Israel Palestine.

And I think what we've done for so many years is say now is not the time.

I don't want to have that conversation.

That makes me feel uncomfortable.

I don't want to do that.

I don't know if we should.

Well, what if we don't agree? Well well what if we don't have all the solutions

It's too complicated. I'm gonna sit it out. I'm not gonna make that my focus

And yet

For so long and experts in the region have said, this is the crux of so much peace or violence in the world is this issue and that there's no way I'm a

parent man and all you tell yourself when you're approaching something that

feels insurmountable is there's no way but through right there's no way but

through there's no way but through for this you know which side are we on as

Americans there's no way but through or do we want to cease

fire or do we want to keep on arming Israel now we're being asked to give

14 billion dollars on top billion in one well I don't know if in one

...
