I want to tell you about what happened.

I had the opportunity, the privilege of sitting in a room at a table with the first

known victim of serial killer Ted Bundy, the last known victim of serial killer Ted Bundy,

and an intervening victim of serial killer Ted Bundy.

I have to tell you that chills ran down my body as I was listening to them describe their

carefree days as college students, young women, not a care in the world.

No warning, no suggestion that their lives were going to change forever.

The first victim that we know of describes being beaten horribly in her bed with a bedpost

that Bundy tore off the bed.

She was actually raped with the bedpost by Bundy.

This woman lived to tell the tale.

She says when she woke up, she was in the hospital with her family around her.

Oh dear Lord, in heaven, that woman what she is lived through.

How has it affected her life, her marriage and yes, her children?

The last victim, I pray to God, it was Bundy's last victim, very similar story.

The intervening victim, a dance student that was beaten so badly, she could no longer hear

the music to follow through.

She'd just gotten a lead role in a dramatic performance where she would dance and how

this changed her life.
