Today, I've partnered with Ninja Thirsty to bring you this episode. It is all about sobriety.

I'm approaching six.

Six years.

One day at a time.

But six years in October, October 22nd.

And that's kind of when I feel that my life became real. And it is the proudest thing I've ever done in my life besides becoming a mom. But I think beyond being a mom, this is probably the number one thing that I'm proudest of because my sobriety has allowed me to be the mom that I want to be.

I've asked you guys to share some of your sober stories.

And I'm grateful for whoever is like feeling comfortable to open up about their sober journey because it is not easy.

A lot of people don't like to venture into their rock bottom moment. That's one of my most

favorite things to do because it reminds me why I'm here. And I think we got a lot of people who have

sent in notes and videos. So I'd like to just kind of get it popping now. Yeah, you've got a lot of beautiful,

beautiful things. And I feel like we'll save a ton of these two for another episode law because

there's so many. Okay. And I just know people are always asking about your sobriety story.

Even though you talk about it all the time. Do I? No, not all the time, but I'm like,

you're always like ringing it up, which I love.
