Well, hello, friend, it's Asherita here from Prayers of Rest, and we're in between seasons right now,

but I thought I'd bring you a bonus episode this week, and it's a bit different than usual.

So I'm here right now with my producer, Alex Vissing, and since this week many college students are starting up their new semester,

I thought we'd take time today to pray for the college students

in our lives. So we'll start with a regular time of prayer following our rest prayer format.

prayer in the life of a college student. And I would

encourage you as you're listening, think of who is one college student in your life who needs to

be encouraged about the power of prayer. Who's someone who you will commit to pray for this week?

let's begin by reciting god's goodness praising him for who he is and for what he has done in

our lives.

Oh God, you are the fountain of wisdom. Everything good and beautiful and admirable in this world
