worldview and I'm here today with Michael Craven. He is the vice president of

equipping and mobilization at the Coulson Center. He also runs the Coulson Fellows Program.

And that's why we're here today.

That's the purpose of our bonus episode is,

I, unfortunately, have never done the Coulson Fellows Program,

in part because Michael, I find it really intimidating.

But I think that is a point in its favor because this is a really rigorous program.

So my goal today is to find out from you what this program is like, what makes it unique, why this is a really important time to be

discipling people in this way, and maybe you'll persuade me to do it I don't know I mean I've heard there's a lot of reading so that's I have I have a little bit of a stage fright with that but can you give us a brief overview for those of our listeners who maybe this is the first time they're hearing about this

the Colson Fellows program is the flagship program of the Colson Center.

Can you give us an overview of what the program is?

It probably be helpful to start by providing just a brief history and the origin of the

program.

It was really out of the mind of Chuck Coulson himself, who was challenged to create a year-long study program

that would help people, quote, think like Chuck, close quote. And that was the conception, early conception of the program and what it ultimately

ended up becoming was this year-long program that is really a deep dive into the study of Christian worldview and not from the

perspective of studying worldview as a polemic in other words apologetics

arguments you know how do you engage in those debates at

Thanksgiving with that, you know, leftist uncle that you have that

drives you crazy and you want to have a rebuttal to all of his
