Welcome to breaking balls or breaking balls, if you prefer breaking balls.

And before you blame me for the title, you can blame our producer Jimmy Stewart on Felgarum as he came up with the idea.

In any case, what we're looking to do is augment some of the baseball coverage here at 985 of the sports, during the course of this baseball season.

0:21.9

Obviously, the baseball hour is a big part of that beginning on March 25th at 6 p.m.

0:28.6

1:29.2

But let's stick with Meyer because early in camp,

1:31.5

if there was anyone who had their balls broken this spring in Red Sox camp,

1:35.8

it was Marcel O'Meyer.

1:37.6

Alex Cora made that clear from the very beginning.
