So Be There In Five, typically a solo monologue style podcast, but I love to change it up

in F-Bonus Interviews where I get to talk to people who are incredibly talented and I

love talking to other podcasters, especially ones that have such an overlap with my interest

and Kate Casey from Reality Life with Kate Casey has an incredibly popular podcast that's

about reality shows of past and present, docky series documentaries where she provides

her own analyses of different shows but also finds like the best insiders to give you

kind of the scoop about what went on behind the scenes or from directors, from past cast

members.

And I love that she's this really brilliant mix of nostalgic throwbacks and really current

shows that she reports in real time to kind of keep you up to speed as your binge watching

something.

And she also has a really interesting model where she has people review that are like subject

matter experts and that were insiders on the show but also are everyday people that

are just watchers and bystanders.

So you have both the expert and the non-expert, which I just think is a really cool dynamic

for a show and I've always really enjoyed the stuff she covers.

And in this instance, she, so I originally was just going to have her on to talk about

the valve.

I can't not talk about like reality shows, a feature of Bravo, a whole lot of other things.

So I ended up having a more well-rounded discussion that does center on the valve at one point

but we also talk about other stuff.
