Good morning, everyone. On today's episode, I'm sharing an interview I gave on the Reading,

Revisited podcast. The ladies of that show invite me onto the podcast to introduce to the

listeners the entire Ransom trilogy. It seemed like an impossible task, and honestly, it really was.

I think we barely scratched the surface of it. But it was a fun discussion.

And also on that show, they asked their guests about their top five books. So we spent some time

talking about non-Louisian literature. And since on this podcast, we focus primarily on the

inklings, I thought that might make a nice little break.

Also, on a recent episode of the Wade Center podcast, the hosts spoke about their favorite books,

so I thought this might be a nice compliment to that.

I'm doing great. I have poured myself a beer and I'm ready to talk about C Lewis. This is this is my happy place right here.

I do feel a little bad that you're drinking alone here. I mean, we, I have a diet Pepsi, so

cheers. Cheers. I love it. Might need to go find that whiskey in a little bit. Yeah, yeah. I was saying before we started recording

that my husband works at a distillery, and this would have been the perfect time to shout out
