So there are two things on this old house that we really like.

We like teaching folks how to do things the right way and the people who help us teach those

things.

And we really like diving deep into different subjects.

And in the past, we have had the chance to work with other folks who share those sensibilities.

And I'm speaking particularly of the folks from America's Test Kitchen.

They have joined us in our studio and they've helped us think about the science and the magic behind beer, which is not such a bad thing, and other things like maple syrup in terms of tasting and classings and all that kind of

stuff. So today we decided we'd do something a little different here on Clear Story, and that was

to extend that relationship with our good friends at America's Test Kitchen. So we've invited
