Hey guys, this is Cynthia Yanov, and I'm so glad you're with us this week.

Again, as we are praying for our kids through the school year, we are praying interruptibility

for them this year.

And I love this topic, so I'm excited that we're praying it this week.

Our verse is Esther 414, for if you remain silent at this time

relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place but you and your father's

family will perish and who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time

as this and so we will talk more about that in a minute but I just have to keep it real

again today and tell you,

we do not like to be interrupted. I particularly do not like to be interrupted. And it's kind of

comical because I've been sitting here waiting to tape this podcast and some of them I tape at

my house in my office. And so there's a time frame today with my little one is napping and I

need to pick up my middle schooler

in a little while at school. So I have this little block in my mind of time when I could tape.

And there has been a yard crew down the street working seems endlessly. And it is so loud

and there's blowers and mowers. And I've waited and waited and waited. And I find myself

getting more and more frustrated because it's totally interrupting my time frame. And I just had to laugh. I'm like, oh my gosh, I still

am terrible at being interrupted. Like I want it done when I want it done my way. And I think that's

probably all of us. But I'm passionate about this subject because I know the Lord has spoken

it into my own life and it has made such a difference.

And I know the Lord probably in all of our lives has wanted us to at times slow down.
