Hi, my name is Father Mike Schmitz and I just want to say hello.

I'm sitting down, or actually I'm standing here to begin recording the

catacism in a year.

This is the ascension catacism.

It's so good.

You know, for the last two years, we've been praying together, we've been

reading scripture together with the Bible in a year.

And as I sit standing here, I thought it'd be really helpful to know

that you're praying with me and praying for me as we do this because

I'll be praying for you.

And so if, if you don't mind, just a quick prayer.

I just want to pray in the name of the Father, son, Holy Spirit Father

heaven. I give you praise and glory.

I thank you so much for all the people who have journeyed with us in the

Bible in a year and ask you to please bless them.

Whatever grace they received through the Bible in a year, we ask you to

bless.

Seal that grace by the power of your Holy Spirit and the name of your son,

Jesus Christ.

And I ask you to please also send your Holy Spirit to bless this catacism

in a year project that not only as we talk about it and teach on it, but

as people keep pressing place, starting January 1st, ask you, please help
