While I was at the conference of the Professional Outdoor Media Association in Kalis Bell, Montana a couple of months ago,

I had a chance to talk with Freddie Rio from Amuland,

and what follows is a bonus podcast and kind of a noisy environment.

I grabbed him and just sat down in the middle of everything going on.

But at the same time, I think you'll find it interesting and worthwhile.

All right, I'm talking with Freddie from Amolin.

Freddie, you were guys who broke the original Katie Couric story about their interview

with the VCDL of Virginia Citizens Defense League and basically it was really a set of dishonest editing.

How did that come about talk me through that process.

We are just very supportive of the Virginia Citizens Defense Leave, in particular Philip Van Cleve,

their president here.

So we have a lot of ongoing conversation back and forth with Phil and this came up in his,

and he has like some email notifications he puts out and I kind of

read that and picked up on that and thought hey wait a minute this is an exciting

story and we basically talked to took Phil's what he had already spelled out

added a little to it and but the whole story was there we just happen to be the

first guys to read it. The crux of the story is in the course of an interview, Katie Coric asked this question and there's

a whole group of V.C.D.L. members there and they answered the question and they had some pretty

good comments and all of that. But when it was edited, she asked the question and had some pretty good comments and all of that but when it was

edited she asked the question and then they showed a clip from another time when the

members of the VCD members are just kind of sitting there looking and then they put
