Hey, it's me Tom Grusham, we have another gun talk

podcast. Yeah, I've been holding off on this one.

Frankly, I'm not sure exactly what we're going to say,

because we're in the middle of a firestorm, quite frankly. As I put it to somebody we are in the middle of a

knife fight and a phone booth the assault on our second amendment rights and really

honestly I think on our country is at a level that I've never seen before.

In fact, no one's ever seen this before.

We have, as I speak today, today is the day that Vice President Joe Biden met with the gun rights

groups. Yesterday he met with the gun control groups, the gun banners, which have cleverly,

and the media accepts it,

rebranded themselves gun safety groups.

Now, they've never taught a gun safety class in their lives.

They don't have any certified firearms instructors. They wouldn't know what gun safety is if you gave them a book and made them read it. But now they're the gun safety groups. And the media lets them get away with it.

Well, you know, look, the media is in the tank on this one, and they have been.

But here's the thing.

I'm going to get to the bottom line first, and then I'll fill in the blanks and bring it back around.

We can win this one big. And I know that at first right after the New Town murders,

a lot of people are saying, oh, that's, you know, we're going to have to give up something. I don't think so.

In fact, I know we don't have to give up any of our rights. Now, there are some things that need to be done.

We can eliminate gun-free zones, because those are killing zones, as we know.

That's something that we could do. We could have national reciprocity for concealed carry. That would save lives

also, would it not? But for those who say, well, we should be willing to know, here's the name.
