I now you probably know that yesterday that is Sunday Kim Rody US

shooter in the Olympics won gold now I played on the show yesterday a clip from an interview we did with Kim a couple of months ago where she was saying

Kim shoots in the women's skeet event and she was saying you know in this game it's so tough usually you win or

you lose by one target she said it's funny she said it's very rare that anybody

wins by seven or eight well the conditions were really rough over there. It was raining,

the wind was blowing, the clouds kept coming by and they were sunlight and

clouds, sunlight and cloud, very difficult to see the targets. The targets are bouncing around in the wind.

So what does Kim Rody do?

She simply crushes the competition.

She posted an Olympic record 99 out of 100 and the next best competitor,

the woman who took the silver shot in 91. So it may be rare to win by 7 or 8, but when you're Kim

Rode and you're taking gold, you win by 8. Now this is a great record because what it

means is that she is the only American to

win or to medal in an individual event in five consecutive Olympic Games.

So I was able to catch up with Kim on the phone

from London just a few minutes ago.
