He was doing this on purpose.

He knew the law.

He knew it was legal. he's an open carry advocate, and so he knew he was on solid

ground.

So when the police showed up, he expected him, and he was ready.

Well, went to court, of course he was arrested, as you might expect, went to court and just yesterday a jury found him not guilty on all counts.
