them for 32 years since I moved to New York to cover the Giants in 1985. There's no place as intense as Philadelphia and for a rivalry

game against I-95 foe Washington on Monday night football 70,000 fans came out to see the team with the best record in the NFL.

Try to keep it that way. Their formula evolved around a 24 year old kid who'd never lived outside of North Dakota in his life until these Eagles drafted him 18 months ago.

So you have seen so many of these games you've seen so many of these games, you've seen so many of these rivalry games.

What's the feeling like for you as you get ready to do one of these games?

I wake up in the morning of the game and it doesn't matter if it's a pre-season game or a regular

season game and they can feel something special in the pit of my stomach. Now you can

multiply that by 10 for a regular season game and you can multiply that by 20 if it's a division game and probably multiply it by 40 if it's the Dallas Cowboys.
