Hello, thank you so much for having me.

Absolutely.

We're excited about this podcast because of course Waypoint itself and so much of Waypoint's

audience is Queer, identifies as Queer, and is I think excited to have a Queer Focus

podcast, especially one that isn't just about romantic love.

That was one of the things I got the most excited about, I'm hearing about this specific

podcast because there's many kinds of love, right?

And they're all pretty important in our lives, I think.

Yeah, I mean, that was my whole interest coming into this project.

I feel like we've come pretty far in terms of representing Queerly's stories in media,

but there's still a lot of really common tropes, right?

We get the coming out stories, we get the super traumatic everyone Queer dies stories.

And then we get the cute romance stories, which I think are great and I love those.

But I also think in thinking about what we don't hear, stories of Queer Chosen family,
