And I have been listening to Christmas music since just a smidge before November.

But I get dirty looks from my husband when the Christmas music is on. And today I have a very

special guest moving right along. Mitch, Nelson. Hi, Mitch. Yes, I am super happy to be here.

Yeah, this is so cool. This is a whole different vibe we're going to give off today on this episode. Mitch actually works here at the Forgotten Initiative. He is our creative director. Mitch, tell a little bit about what you do and why you love working here. Yes, yes. I am the creative director. We talk a lot on this podcast about the advocate role that we have.

And a big part of my job is to help people learn about the advocate role and decide to take that step if it's what's next for them in kind of their foster care journey.

So I'm trying to get people involved in this work that we're doing.

Yeah, awesome. Yeah, we're all pretty pumped and on focus of

helping people launch and lead thriving foster care ministries here at TFI. And this podcast is such

an awesome thing that we get to do to hopefully we're hope that we're adding value to you every single day.

And Mitch is a big part of making this podcast happen also. Yeah, I love the podcast. Thank you to everybody who listens. It has been incredible. Season 11, in fact, we just wrapped up. Yeah. Has been our most listened to season in the history of our podcast. Wow, I didn't know this. Which is, yeah, it's very cool. The podcast continues to grow, continues to help and, yeah,

like we said, I guess hopefully bring value, but we hear from many of you that it does,

and that's just very cool to be doing such powerful work. So we really appreciate for all of you
