| 0:21.4 | after plan and we become disconnected from our families. We focus on the |
| 0:25.2 | negative and allow little petty things to frustrate or overwhelm us and allow that to be the |
| 0:30.5 | norm. We fill our closets, cabinets, and drawers with things that we don't need and then we buy extras just in case. |
| 0:38.0 | We create stress for ourselves and our spouses. It becomes a never- cycle and you guys God intended us to live for so much more than that. |
| 0:47.8 | So I believe that we should always be learning from one another and getting insight onto ways that we can make this easier. |

| 1:00.8 | Number one, begin your day doing something you love and then swallow your frog. |
| 1:07.0 | So waking up early, even 30 minutes early, give so many opportunities for you to do things that you love and |
| 1:14.4 | that's exactly what it should be for. So set your alarm to go off before anyone else |
| 1:18.9 | in the house wakes up. If you have babies at home I get that this can be hard and sometimes you have to just fit it in when you can even if they're awake. |
| 1:27.0 | But try to use that time anytime that you have to do something that you enjoy, and it will help you to set the tone for the rest of your day. |
| 1:34.7 | You can write a letter to a friend, go for a run, read a chapter of a book, |
| 1:39.8 | pray, read your Bible, or watch your favorite show. |
| 1:43.1 | You could even eat an Oreo or three or five |
| 1:46.7 | without being interrupted. |

| 1:50.2 | And then, once you've done this, |
