Summary
In this bonus episode of INNER WORK, I offer you a guided meditation to cultivate your inner presence and inner divinity.
This meditation will help you:
- neutrally observe and dis-identify from your body, mind, and emotions
- get into "right relationship" with your physical body, mind, and emotions - knowing your true self is larger, wiser, and much more permanent than any of these
- develop a deeper, embodied sense of your inner divinity and inner I AM Presence (which supports you in feeling more divinely connected)

| 1:49.9 | taking a minute to fully arrive into this experience. |
| 2:00.0 | And just taking a deep, centering breath as deeply as you can, inhaling, |
| 2:10.1 | holding that breath at the top just for a second or two, |
| 2:16.7 | and then exhaling fully. |
