And I was looking at our journal that we're going through every week, marked by prayer.

And I was reading, my friend Cynthia wrote this and she was talking about just a difference between contingent joy that is more situational and then courageous joy.

She said she got that terminology from Max Lucato, which I love that, is contingent joy, like contingent on

circumstances or courageous joy that's based on Jesus and is with us no matter what we are
