Summary

Jordan wanted to create a bonus episode today for a couple different reasons. One, because she’s been thinking for a while now how fun it would be to release a magical Monday mantra episode since the show usually releases on Wednesdays. And also because her course, Waking Back Up To Your Own Soul, officially launched last week, and the cart is open through July 22. 

 

In this episode she takes you through ideas for creating your own mantra. A personal mantra is basically an affirmation to motivate and inspire you to be your best self. Jordan recommends that you write it down, say it out loud to yourself and then think about it as much as you can.

 

Having a personal mantra has completely changed Jordan’s life. It always brings her back to the present moment. It helps her surrender and remember that she is an eternal soul. It helps her with everything that she needs to feel her absolute best. 

 

Having a personal mantra also helps us live from a fifth-dimensional, heart-centered place as much as possible, and this is the intention behind Waking Back Up To Your Own Soul.
