Are those of you who think goal setting is not for you. Raise your hand. If you're the person

who's like, I've tried all that. I've tried the New Year's resolutions. I just give up after three

weeks. I stopped setting goals at all. I don't know what I want anymore. Those are actually the most

common things that people in my community tell me and I want you to know

that we created made for more with you in mind I promise you it's not your fault that this happens to

you I actually wrote an email about this and it's so true when was, I would say from the time I can remember being

young, you know how we are when we're young. You're anticipating the next thing. You can't

wait until you turn 16 and you can drive. You can't wait until you graduate high school. You're

really excited about starting college. You can't wait until you get married or have babies.

And it seems like it's this constant, you know, sort of like the next step, the next step.

And at some point, I don't know about you, but at some point in my life, I think when I was about 35,
