Yeah, so it was a little rough because that I think maybe that's when I said to myself okay it's time to tap into your story like your life what you're dealing with because you can't ignore it and the only way that you're going to be able to cope with is to speak on it so.

So this is something that everybody deals with and you know what I mean?

Yeah and then it just everything you would think that everything happened at the

wrong time but it is really happening at the time's supposed to.
