There have been some things going on behind the scenes that I'll talk about what I've

been going through.

I've completely pulled my back out doing absolutely fucking nothing.

Like, is this the sign of getting old that your body starts deteriorating on its own

and you're like, I would love to have a reason to pinpoint why I feel so shitty, but you

can't.

Like, that's where I'm at right now.

This is why people say that you have to exercise and like do pilates even if it's not

for weight, like just for your health because it like maintains the strength of all those

little connector muscles that we don't really think about.

Yeah.

And that's unfortunate because I think we've resigned to like, we don't really want to

do that.

But now, like, I stretch in the morning, like that's, that's the thing.

I know.

I was doing that during COVID.

It was very nice.

You should have said a reminder to, if you stretch in the morning, it wouldn't happen.
