Hi, Allie Worthington. How are you? Well, hello. I'm doing great.

Welcome to Joe. And you've been here before. So goodness, this is like old times around here. Oh, yeah. I'm a frequent flyer on Joe.

You definitely are. How's your summer going good? It is going really great. As a woman with a really, really pale skin, I'm just, you know, I'm staying bathed in sunscreen, staying inside.

But other than that, it's great.

Taking breaks for a little amusement park action.

But other than that, keep me inside because this skin was made for the Arctic.

Oh, my goodness.

Well, sunscreen's a good idea for anyone, you know.

And as we age, we, I like the sun less and less for sunbathing purposes. I do enjoy it to come out, though. I don't want rain all the time. Yeah. If I could go back to my like 10-year-old self, be like, listen, the most important thing you can do is wear sunscreen. I would. Yes, sunscreen and hydrate. I would tell myself those things when I was younger.
