It's a delight to be here Craig and you missed one thing on that news rundown is after the

bell the stitch just downgraded our credit reading as a country.

Ooh, ouch, okay, so, huh, well I was going to share a story about an uptick in

consumer confidence, Fitch apparently doesn't have much confidence in the U.S.

And give us your perspective on that, both in terms of what went into their decision

to downgrade our credit rating as well as what that ultimately may potentially mean

for retirees or people saving for retirement?

Well, their reasoning is certainly sound.

Obviously, our fiscal situation is becoming more and more difficult as time goes on.

And a lot of it has to do with off balance sheet liabilities, Medicare,

Medicaid, Social Security liabilities coming on balance sheet with so many big

boomers retiring and getting older and that's just something that most demographers could see from a mile away.

So this is something that should have been pretty obvious decades ago and we'll probably

have to deal with it at some point.
