0:12.8	I am Josephine Hartman, certified intuitive healer and Akashik Records master teacher,
0:20.2	and I am delighted to welcome you to this episode.
0:25.7	So I have basically, uh, today is, let's see, Monday, April 14th, 2025.
0:32.6	Uh, I was having breakfast. I was doing emails. I was getting ready for the day, and in my normal
0:42.6	routine at some point in the morning, I will open the Akashic Records, which is my primary
0:49.1	spiritual tool for connection and divine guidance and the tool that I teach others as well.
0:57.0	And in opening the records just received some divine inspiration and insistence really from the
1:06.4	records to put out this impromptu unplanned episode that, so I really didn't have this in my schedule
1:17.7	for today, but here we go. When the records call, when the records strongly suggest that I do
1:25.4	something, I tend to follow that. So here I am putting this episode together.
1:32.3	And basically the message coming through from the records and what I was sensing and feeling
1:39.2	into this morning is really about how to deal with some of the overwhelm that a lot of you may be experiencing,
1:50.6	that a lot of us may be experiencing, because certainly I experience that myself as well.
1:57.7	There is a lot going on in the world today and in 2025 and over the last few years.
2:07.7	I mean, really since 2020 with COVID, it feels like we have, we've been at a crossroads for a long time and things have really accelerated
2:22.4	in terms of just noise and chaos and collective fear and confusion and so much going on that has the potential to distract us from our path.
2:44.4	Now, on one hand, I think this is not anything new. There have always been distractions out in the collective and also
2:54.4	in ourselves, right? Because we have our ego selves going on at times running the show. We have
3:01.8	mental chatter, monkey mind. We have ego attachments. We have things both within ourselves and out in the
3:10.4	collective environment that could distract us from our path. This has always been true. And I think
