You've got, this is a pretty rocking spot. Yeah, well, I mean, it's kind of like when I was growing up here, this used to be called Mandalay Surf. And all my kids, Nick and Brooke would come in here and get the board shorts and the roller blades and the surfboards and the wax so for years i was coming in here

i'd like to grab it from me and he never wanted to sell it and then many many years later fast

forward 30 years later he disappears the place is vacant and i got my hands on it so you know I wasn't really sure what to do

with it but I had a big club in Tampa called Hogan's Beach where I'd have three and four thousand

people a night come it was a George Steinbrenner's old place I bought from him and so it got too

crazy over there with all the electronic music and after about three and a a half years, I walked away. And I just want, and my golf cart's like a minute away. I live right down the road. So I get somebody to cook for me, you know. And, you know, it's just so close to the house, it's fun to have my own little place there. It might be the best kept secret that every Monday you're in here. So if anybody wants to meet Hulk Hogan, see Halkogan, sing karaoke with Halkogan, this is the spot. What's your karaoke song? Well, I don't have one. I don't have one, but I had to shut Flair down. Flair came in here and he wanted to sing my ding-a-ling, okay? So that's it. Cut him off. got i've got a gong so if you cuss that's the

end of the song but just the content of that song because i do have kids in here sure and i buy

shots for everybody two three times during the night and the kids get milkshake shots but it is like

the best kept secret secret but because we give away title belts every week, like to the best male singer,

you get a title belt, the best female, you get a title belt. Then we have quarterfinals,

and at the quarterfinals, we give away cash, which was last week. And then once a year,

we've got the undisputed champion, but we give away a lot of money. So it gets real competitive in here. And I've got people

flying in from Jersey, from New York, from Vegas, just to come in to sing and go crazy there.

You know, Jason Aldeen's been in here. Of course, Rodman's been in here. It's been nuts.
