Rec Your Anxiety online course for teens is officially available. I am so excited for so many

teens to have access to these resources and to be able to take this course online. The number one struggle for teens

right now is anxiety. Okay, so many of you are struggling with anxiety. And the part that I don't

like about anxiety is that if it's left untreated, it can actually lead to a lot of

other struggles, like substance abuse, depression, isolation, and sometimes even suicide.

So I really don't like having anxiety go untreated.

And here's the thing, you guys, anxiety is totally treatable.

Okay. It's totally figure outable and it isn't that complicated. You just have to know how to handle it and

you have to know how to understand your brain. Okay. And that is what I am teaching you guys in this

course. Okay. I'm giving you the tools to be able to

handle your struggles and know how to work through them. I wish I had this as a teen. Oh my gosh,

this would have been so helpful for me, okay? And I want you to have this so that you can enjoy

being a teen and be happy. Working with so many teens has really opened my eyes to the

struggles that teens are facing. And then if the teens are struggling, it means that the parents are

struggling because the parents don't know how to help the teens with anxiety. And so there's two

components here. The teens don't know what to do to help

themselves and the parents don't know what to do to help the teens. All right. And so this course

actually enables teens to be able to help themselves and understand their anxiety in a way
