I was like, I can't be too doom-laden,

that I was cheering on City on the final day of the season and like watching three games at once cheering city goals just desperately desperate

times and then cheering on Real Madrid Frank's club so it's yeah that's that's how bad it gets that's how bad it gets that's what you've

reduced it anyway I had a nice chat with a chap called Ryan Baldy last week

who's an fellerator and and he did a really good book actually

about youth football, and there's a whole chapter

on Trent Alexander Arnold and his change of position.

I was like, yeah, it was all about how much

the coaches had worked with him and

didn't teach him to look at the man running behind him did they he?

Yeah did you I don't know really, but the day of the Champions League

final, there's an article in The Guardian as an interview with Trent and the headline was

something like, I see things that others don't and then 12 hours later of course we didn't see

any genius.
