want you to be a part of it too. You may have heard of a little organization called The

0:19.8

Gates Foundation. It's literally out there doing hugely important work having a deep

0:26.5

and profound impact on the world. And they're excited to share stories about some of those world

0:31.8

changing initiatives and most importantly the innovators behind them. And I was honored when they

0:38.0

asked me to service the host for a brand new podcast series they are calling Make Me Care About.

0:45.3

You guys, they rounded up the most interesting people to actually make us care about all kinds of

0:50.8

stuff we might have never thought of. Like for example poop, okay, poop. We have a whole poop show.

0:56.4

1:06.3

danger of being outdated, which could wreak so much havoc on our public health. And then the

1:10.7

solutions they're working on to radically change the configurations of our indoor plumbing solutions

And I can't even begin to tell you how much I learned by being a part of these conversations.

1:39.6

It was fun and it was fascinating. And of course, I knew I had to share these episodes with

1:45.6

our community here. So we're going to be airing several of these over the coming few weeks as a little

1:51.6

extra bonus in addition to our regularly scheduled episodes to pop in your ears at the end of the

1:58.0

week. I know you're going to find these conversations as interesting and as illuminating as I did.

2:03.9

And I hope they inspire you to be more curious and care about something new that maybe wasn't on your
