Summary

Jeff Gerstmann and Glenn Rubenstein have been in and around the game industry since the early 1990s. And now, for the first time, they'll get into that history. Here, in the intro episode, we set up how Glenn got his start writing for a newspaper in the first place and the disturbingly bad video game that nearly derailed this friendship before it ever got started! 0:06.7	Gersman joining me is Glenn Rubenstein who came up with the name. Do you
0:11.6	want to? Do you want to take that? Do you want to take back the name before we

0:26.9	That's right. Yeah. And we will trade the name to them for the rights to the
0:33.2	name Sudden Impact. If they will allow us to use that and we can start our R&B
0:39.0	group that we've been working on for literal decades. So let's set this up
0:45.2	a little bit. Yeah. Yeah. So this show we're really kind of looking to dig
0:50.5	into the archives for real. I've been doing this since, you know, somewhere
0:58.0	around 1992 and Glenn is why Glenn and I met in high school and he got into
1:04.9	this before I did. So his story kind of starts a little bit even before mine.
